Welcome to LightningDesign.com   I design/write custom database programs.  These programs are very user friendly and designed around a Browse/Form paradigm.   A main menu is usally displayed across the top of the screen from which selections can be made to "browse" data files.  The data records will initially be displayed in a list.  From this list you can add a new record, edit a record, or delete record.   Reports will be designed as needed.   Pricing depends on the complexity of the program, but is extemely reasonable.  If you aren't completely satisfied, there will be no cost to you.
